As a trader you generally need to know a number of facts prior to coming to an event. Is there parking?, do I have access to electricity?, are there other traders like me? is the event being advertised? Can I say hello on social media


At events Inspire, we communicate with you, our traders in advance of our events. We email updates, we tell you where to say hello, where the event is being promoted. In the final week before an event we send you a trader pack, which tells you everything you need to know about trading in the location, but we do understand that you may have pressing questions and need to talk in real time to help you make your plans. Should you wish to trade with Events Inspire you can apply using the form below. This will alert us to your interest. and provide us an email address to send an application form to you. 


It is useful to provide your telephone number when you apply as it is sometimes useful to speak directly, especially if is not long before an event commences. 


The application form you will sent will ask for proof of your public liability insurance cover, and different commodities will require different certifications. If you are a hot food provider you will be required to provide a great deal of paperwork to ensure compliance with any local Authority. We will ask for all of this to support your application as a  matter of course.
